SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive? A: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated transit times are:

  • US: 3 to 5 business days.

  • International: 7 to 15 business days.

Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor its progress in real-time.

Q: How do I know what size harness or clothing is right for my pet? A: Most of our apparel and accessories come with a detailed Size Guide in the description. We always recommend measuring your pet's neck, chest, and length and comparing it to our chart.

Q: Are the products you sell safe for puppies/kittens? A: Safety is our priority. All products are clearly labeled with age and size recommendations. If an item is suitable for puppies or kittens, it will be specifically indicated in the description. When in doubt about a toy or food, please consult your veterinarian.

Q: How do you select the foods and treats you sell? A: Our expert team selects only high-quality brands with transparent ingredients. We prioritize formulas that avoid unnecessary fillers, artificial colors, and questionable preservatives, focusing on health and wellness.


 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Q: What is your return policy? A: You have 30 calendar days from receipt to return most items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. Please check the Non-Returnable Items section on our Shipping & Returns page.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping? A: If the return is due to a change of mind or a purchase error, the customer covers the shipping costs. If the return is due to a damaged product or a shipping error on our part, we cover the costs.

Q: How long does a refund take? A: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we process the refund within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
