At Petworld, we work hard to ensure you and your pet receive your products quickly and safely. Please review our delivery times and return policy below.
1. Shipping Policy
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, the transit time is as follows:

| International Shipping | 7 to 15 business days | Calculated at checkout. |
Important Notes:

Transit times do not include the initial processing time (1-2 days).

"Business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
2. Returns and Refunds Policy
We want your pet to love their products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following:

It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons (especially for pet products), we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Opened food, treats, or supplements.

Grooming items, beds, and certain toys that show signs of use or chewing.

Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our conditions, we will process your refund.

The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged item or if we sent you the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs to replace the item at no extra charge to you.
